Studio Etiquette

  • Footwear

    No shoes allowed in the studio. Grip socks required for strength/sculpt and mat Pilates classes.

  • Late Policy

    Doors lock 10 minutes after the start of class.

  • first time students

    First time students arrive 15 minutes early. 

  • Class Silence

    No talking during the class.
    No texting or calls during class.

  • Health Disclosure

    Inform the instructor of injuries or pregnancy.

Access & care

We welcome all levels and many bodies. Let your instructor know about injuries, pregnancy, or anything that would benefit from modification.
The studio is ground-level.
